Refer clients to RecruitiFi, keep your full fees and get a percentage of every other agency placement the client makes on the platform. Or if you're a TA/HR professional, refer us to peers in the industry or former employers to add a very lucrative revenue stream to your income!

All RecruitiFi fees waived on hires made by your agency. You keep your full fee.

Earn 20%

Earn 20% of RecruitiFi's net on all temp and perm placements made by other agencies.

How do the economics work?



For any client that you successfully refer, RecruitiFi will waive all of our processing fees on your hires. That means you receive the exact same placement fees that you’re currently receiving by working directly with the client.

When any other agency makes a placement—whether it’s a direct hire or a temporary worker—you will receive 20% of RecruitiFi’s net revenue on that hire. The RecruitiFi net revenue varies greatly depending on the the location, the type of agency that makes the hire, and whether the hire is perm or temp.

Examples:

You have a 22% agreement in place with your client. They hire one of your candidates with a $100,000 salary. You receive the full $22,000—all RecruitiFi processing fees are waived.
Another preferred agency has a 22% agreement in place with this client. They hire one of their candidates with a $100,000 salary. The placement fee is $22,000 and RecruitiFi’s processing fee is 6%, which is $1,320. You receive 20% of that, or $264.
The client hires a candidate with a $100,000 salary submitted by a RecruitiFi community agency under the RecruitiFi Optimized Fee of 20%. The placement fee is $20,000 and RecruitiFi’s community processing fee is 20%, which is $4,000. You receive 20% of that, or $800.

With some clients making hundreds or thousands of hires a year, those referral fees add up very quickly.

Is there a time limit on our fees being waived for that client?



No! If you introduce a client that signs up with RecruitiFi, we will waive your processing fees with that client in perpetuity.

How long will I get referral Payments?



RecruitiFi will pay referral payments for 3 years following the first job posted by the client on the platform.

When do I get paid?



RecruitiFi makes referral payments quarterly as an aggregate of all referral fees accumulated during the previous quarter.

Can I refer any company?



We will only accept referrals where you have an existing relationship. They must either be a current client, a former client, or a professional connection.

We will not accept cold introductions and reserve the right to remove you from the platform should we be told that you’re doing blind outreach to sell RecruitiFi to companies that you have no prior relationship with.

Is there a separate agreement or program to opt into?



No, everyone is opted into the program upon agreeing to our standard terms. No additional sign ups or agreements are required.

Do I have to work for an agency to make a referral?



No—anyone can make a referral. While agencies benefit from the waived fees on referrals, anyone is eligible for referral payments.

Maybe you currently work as an in-house Talent Acquisition professional, and you would like to refer your former employer. Maybe you’re an HR Consultant and you work with a number of clients that need help with their vendor management.

As long as you have a professional relationship with an employer that uses recruiting agencies or staffing firms, and you can make an introduction that leads to a new RecruitiFi client, you’re eligible for referral payments.
